The Gap
My dearest Readers & Co-Creators,
The GAP – It is a term often used to describe the difference between the CURRENT situation and the DESIRED situation.
My example of the Gap is that I want to move from my current state: an upcoming Author with knowledge about how to make yourself a stronger version of yourself to the desired situation of being an established Author able to coach and guide others in becoming a BETTER version of THEMSELVES.
I am grateful to be on this journey together with you and all that follow it on this page.
One of the techniques I often love to practice is the following – THE REVERSED GAP. This technique was described by Dan Sullivan. Instead of focusing on your desired outcome, try to focus instead on how much you have GROWN AS A PERSON IN THE LAST TEN YEARS.
For me, my biggest growth happened in less than two years. December 2018 when I had a life-changing experience in Bali to January 2020, where I was able to fully control my mind and create a better version of myself.
I am extremely grateful for the JOURNEY after a life-changing experience that shattered my body and mind.
